Internal auditors possess the training and expertise necessary to identify blind spots that can be catastrophic to businesses. In this seminar, you will learn how to leverage your skills to transcend the label of being just a compliance officer in your organization and become a trusted advisor to the management team.
The economic meltdown illustrates the dangers of pursuing profits without regard to systemic risk. While the actions of just a few executives caused the financial crisis, the greater lesson of the economic meltdown is that companies can only succeed in reaching their strategic goals when decision makers are supported by an GRC framework that provides actionable data in real time.
In this webinar, you will learn strategies and tools that build on existing Internal Audit skills sets that can strengthen accountability while driving economic growth, including how to:
- Identify and prioritize risks that threaten to profitability.
- Tailor an ethics program to address risks specific to your organization.
- Provide strategic solutions that mitigate significant risks.
- Update performance measurement standards to identify early signs of trouble.
- Design compliance tests that target waste and inefficiency.
Case studies will be presented to reinforce material covered in the webinar. This webinar is ideal for internal auditors, CFOs, controllers, and compliance officers.
